Delivery conditions
1. General
All prices for packaging and shipping are exclusive of 20% VAT. Delivery is made exclusively to addresses within Austria and Germany. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us directly at office@movacam.com.
2. Shipping costs Hardware
Shipping costs refer to the shipment of MovAcam hardware systems (land system, complete package, water system) including all components contained in the scope of delivery.

3. Packaging
All MovAcam systems are carefully and securely packaged for transport. The hardware is delivered in a professional transport case, which also serves as a permanent storage solution. The case is shockproof, waterproof, and features a custom-cut foam interior padding that optimally protects all components.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Shipping service providers
Shipping is carried out via a reliable, insured parcel service. After shipping, you will receive a tracking number by email, with which you can track the status of your delivery at any time.
4.2 Delivery times
The stated delivery times begin after receipt of payment and refer to working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Austria). For orders placed and paid before 12:00 (CET), the delivery period starts on the same working day.
4.3 Delivery address
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. Please ensure that acceptance of the shipment is possible at the delivery address, as the package does not fit into a mailbox due to the size of the transport case.
5. Initial setup and training
In addition to the shipping costs, a one-time initial setup including on-site training in Austria applies to all system variants:

The initial setup includes the complete installation of the system, software configuration, detailed training in operation, and tips for optimal use in your application area. For locations outside Austria, please contact us for an individual offer.
6. Returns and withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Please use the supplied transport case and original packaging for the return to avoid transport damage. Further details can be found in our General Terms and Conditions.
